日本では、誰も草間彌生を知っています。
水玉のカボチャは草間さんの私が見た最初の芸術作品です。
最近のは、大地祭りで花咲ける妻有の作品です。

第一次看到 水玉/Bubble/圓點 的作品是南瓜，
因它簡單鮮艷的設計，印象100﹪給記下來了！ 

接著是小狗，巨大的娃娃，銀座LV八爪腳....上個月看到的是十日町大地祭的 長觸花！

紅髮紅唇83歲草間彌生老師的瞪眼有點可怕，她的圓點作品在日本及世界中無處不在。

小時候開始，草間彌生會看到溪中石頭變成無限的面，野地的花草也化身人樣，
向她招手，嚇得她逃回家中，全身發震。
豐富得驚人的幻想幻覺，讓她很困優，常常有自殺的傾向。
畫畫創作讓草間彌生能發洩不安的情緒，能有生存下去的力量。

早期在為人家人寫生的作品中已出現圓點。在京都正式開始學畫（日本畫）。
28歲到約紐學習後，她的圓點作品廣為人注目...有了新名稱
草間彌生＝「前衛的女王」

現在除了週末，
每天草間老師都會由所住的治療院（讓她感到安心的地方）
到東京廣尾的工作室去。
帶著行動不便的身體，眼瞪得大大，
不停地畫，不停地創作，全力疾走到生命的最後一刻！

The first time I saw the Bubble art pieces was Pumpkin with dots.
Bight color with simple design, 100% never forget the impression from the bubble.
Then the dog, huge doll, Ginza octopus' legs
...the last one was flower with tentacles in Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennial.

Started from her young age...
Ms. Kusama can see stones with face, dogs can talk, flower waves...
She nearly suicide of fright at her rich imagination till now.
Creation hleps her releases from her hallucination…and keeps her survival.

The dots were appeared from the sketch of her young age.
Ms. Kusama started to learn painting formally at Kyoto, Japan.
Her dots/bubble arts pieces be widely know was started from New York.

Except weekend, Ms. Kusama travels from hospital to her studio everyday.

Move her illness body slowly, stares at the paint with her big eyes...
keep painting...keep create....
